I’ve been a couple of times now. Cocktails are great, food was delicious but some latin staples like arepas are extremely expensive for nothing reimagined.
Hard to see any restaurant exist for any length of time in the Beach where boomers only support a single early seating, and the majority of young folks are house-poor – only coming out on Saturday morning for ice cream.
I keep hoping something will change my view, but the Beach has some weird demographics.
