Recipe (I made a big batch of four of these portions, but the following is the run-down of each portion; so there’ll be some odd-looking numbers below, for things like a quarter of a tin of something):
– 50g of Aldi Organic Super Firm Tofu – 57g of Golden Swan Baby Corn Cobs – 75G of Jade Phoenix Bamboo Shoots – 70g of Golden Swan Water Chestnuts – 79g of mixed red, orange, and yellow bell peppers – 58g of Takao Yakisoba Sauce – 150g of Sainsbury’s Quick Cook Thich Udon Noodles
I used a non-stick pan, so I didn’t need to use any oil. You could ad some extremely low calorie extras for added flavour if you wanted, too, like chilli flakes, or MSG. I enjoy it just like this, though, it’s delicious!
I happened to take what I’m willing to bet is the smallest of the four portions (I eyeballed it, when separating the batch into 4), as I wanted to take the most conservative picture, rather than over-promise what you can have for this many calories. Add to that the fact that I pinched a few pieces of tofu out of this before I served it up (because it’s really tasty), so it would be even more than that again.
