* 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste * 2 tsp red chili powder * 1/2 tsp turmeric powder * 2 tsp coriander powder * 2 tsp salt * 2 tbsp corn flour * 1 tsp peri peri powder * Water, as needed * 3-4 medium-sized potatoes * 2-3 tbsp oil
## Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, salt, corn flour, and peri peri powder. Mix well until all the spices are evenly distributed. 2. Gradually add water to the spice mixture, stirring continuously. Add just enough water to achieve a paste-like consistency. 3. Peel 3-4 medium-sized potatoes and slice them into even-sized pieces. 4. Add the potato slices to the spice paste, making sure to coat them evenly on all sides. 5. In a large pan, heat 2-3 tbsp of oil over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully place the coated potato slices in the pan, making sure not to overcrowd the pan. 6. Fry the potatoes until they are golden brown on one side. Then, flip them over to cook the other side evenly. 7. Continue frying until the potatoes are crispy and cooked through. If needed, adjust the heat to prevent burning. 8. Once the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the pan and place them on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve the spicy potato fry with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
