Are this dish filled with more things?. It looks so similar to a Mexican dish from the northeast zone of the country named “Machitos”, are the heart, liver, kidney etc of the baby goat and is tide together with the intestines of the baby goat and grilled, many people said that is a Jewish dish beacuse the settlers of this part of Mexico were cryptojews that got away of Europe during the persecution of the Spanish inquisition.
