Many differences.
1. Often the dough is different
2. Parathas are usually stuffed, naans are usually topped
3. Naans are cooked in a tandoor (super hot bbq), paratha is cooked in oil on a skillet
4. Naans are puffy, paratha is not, but is sometimes flaky
