Dr Greger recommends a daily teaspoon (I’m pretty sure but would happily eat way more!) of nutritional yeast to reduce hayfever symptoms, unless you have Crohn’s.
Does anyone know whether he means fortified NYeast or unfortified, or whether it actually would make a difference?
I’m in the UK and have only seen fortified in the stores. Don’t understand the mechanism behind its helping reduce symptoms so it might be a moot point anyway! Thanks
