Apples, a tbsp butter, a tbsp sugar and some cinnamon simmered in a pot for a few minutes makes a ridiculously good 200 calorie dessert. Add ice cream for bonus points.

    I simmered for about 15 minutes on medium-high. Added water a couple of times to really let it cook down and get syrup-y, but I’ve made it before without doing that, you just want to make sure your sugar doesn’t turn hard.
