One of the few real foodgasm I had was from hummus. So simple, yet a good hummus can be divine. I’m still amazed by the fact it was from such a basic dish.

Sorry i didn’t understand. What are the two types? I know one type of hummus which is ground chickpeas with tahini sauce in addition to lemon and garlic. What is the other one?
