Okay I need help… I bought a Gaze wine cocktail to try, and for the life of me I cannot get it open. I tried with a towel, put a rubber band on the top, I cannot get this thing open. I almost ripped the skin off my hand – I have never had this issue before.
Has anyone had this issue? Suggestions on how to open?
