    Muffin Donut Batter:

    1. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and nutmeg with a hand mixer until lighter in color.

    2. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.

    3. Incorporate the dry ingredients into the butter mixture in three parts, alternating with the milk.

    Baking:
