    The first soup looks like *Tom Saep* to me although I’m not sure. *Tom Saep* is, I think, the northeastern (*Isan*) cousin of *Tom Yam* and *Tom Kha* but more parsley dominant.

    Is it spicy? Looks like one of those delicious, clear broth “harmless” dishes – which can turn out really lethal and spicy!
