Is that a side that comes with the fries?

  2. Sandwich2FookinTall

Why give you 3x the fries for that smalll sandwich? Should be proportional.

  3. SoCalOutdoorBJJBaker

What is this, a sandwich for ants?

Is this Lonely Oyster? I saw the $15 lobster roll on their DineLA menu and was intrigued, since 2 friends and I spent over $200 on a dozen oysters, fries, and a round of drinks there last month

So a dinner roll with a tablespoon and a half of stuff on it

  7. Please name the restaurant so none of us get conned!

  8. bprevatt

They should be embarrassed to serve that , even if it’s really good.

  9. indoloks

i NEVER send food back but i would send that back.

DineLA is an opportunity to get word of mouth and more
clientele. If lobster is too expensive- choose something else to serve. You’re doing yourself more harm by serving a mediocre dish. I personally stopped doing dineLa years ago because of this reason. We had a 85 dollar dinner and it was really a taster of several dishes as opposed to a meal. 🤡.

how do you even eat that, it’s so poorly constructed

  12. That’s cool if like you ordered a side of fries and the chef kicked you an *amuse bouche*.

  13. Angeleno88

That is easily the worst lobster roll I have ever seen to the point it is an insult it even exists. Shame on such a horrible effort.

You’re better off getting fake artisanal sandwiches from Panera

  15. TheGlumSinger

Can you take the picture before you eat 3/4 of the sandwich next time? Thanks!

  16. _hotmessmonster_

I’d send this shit back and leave so fast lmao. What the fuck

  17. FashionBusking

It’s the same size as the ketchup ramekin.

It’s like lobster like… topping on a bun.

  18. maseffect

Lobster roll at Disneyland is better then this.

  19. sunnylagirl

this looks like Blue Plate Oysterette’s plating.

Posted earlier that I was going to Ocean Prime in Beverly Hills. Here now. The price is $65. The entrées we chose are $61 and $60. Many places are scams. This seems good so far.

  21. Casscous

Not only is it too small but that amount of mayo is completely disrespectful toward the lobster

  22. isthatapecker

Full roll would have been close to $30

LPT: I’m from Cape Cod. Been out here for 20 years and when I want one, I drive my fat ass over to Santa Monica Seafood which sells lobster for like $35/lb. You can pick up some brioche rolls, fries, butter and lemon at any grocery store and make like 6 lobster rolls for the cost of one pretty much any night you’re feeling like a roll.
