Was telling my parents now gordan Ramsey made an arse of himself making cheese on toast, whilst all he needed do is take bread with cheese, and put it under the grill.

A favourite of mine. Try it with little halves of silverskin pickled onions- add them just as the cheese has started to melt then back under the grill till it starts to brown and finish with black pepper. Absolutely delicious.
