This is an Indian and Thai inspired dish from Malaysia. It is distinct for its strong lemongrass and citrus flavor. It has big chunks of beef like a beef stew might.

This was really good. It is the best curry that I have made in my crock pot so far. There are a lot of ingredients that you might have to search for. I didn’t bother finding turmeric leaves or kefir lime leaves.

    I promise it tastes much better than my photo looks 😅

    The citrusy flavor of the lemongrass and lime juice blended really well with the flavor of the coconut milk. There are a lot of spices but the fish really tasted like good restaurant curry.
