it’s spicy minced very thin pastry, you may fill with onions and tomatoes and squeeze some lemons as well. it’s price was 3 lira ten years ago now it’s at least 10 lira.

A small bar/restaurant in Germany (Titisee I think) made a lahmacun/gyros mix up and it was honestly the best thing I’ve ever eaten.

Was super good though. They also sold this unsweetened yogurt thing that was a chore to drink.
