To be frank, thats a sad looking Pad Thai (not pie thai). I would recommend getting one from road side stalls, often better looking and tasting than malls.

That is not pad Thai, that is likely pad see yew, typically served with those larger flat noodles, but the sauce and veg are wrong for that too, but Tesco Lotus is a supermarket in Thailand and they usually have a small food court there that serve super cheap eats, similar to Costco.
