Thought this was a post on r/stupidfood. Is this really at a McDonald’s?? Who serves a whole burnt fish and what looks like undercooked fries.

To all those saying its burnt, its not! Catfish (at least in Southeast Asia) has really dark skin and its really tasty if its fried when it’s fresh. Also, why is it scary to have the head still on… It’s honestly just crunchy and probably nutritious, so why throw it away, lol.
Honestly, I’m so jealous that McD in Indonesia serves this?? I only ever get to have it at penyet stalls or warungs that sell nasi campur.
