Dinner tonight, served with white rice, macaroni salad and pineapple. I followed this recipe:
3 pound pork roast.
1 tsp liquid smoke.
2 tsp salt.
2 tsp soy sauce.
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 head cabbage, chopped.
Add all ingredients except cabbage to crock. Low for 8 hours, remove and shred meat. Add cabbage and toss in juices. Lay meat on top. Cook 30 minutes more.
