I see mole negro! I just made it for the first time and am serving it to guests tonight! I keep second guessing the flavor because I’ve never actually had it. Will you describe the flavors in this one?

Walked past there a few times, I tend to stick more to the carts that are away from El Centro a bit. Not a fan of chilling in Mexico with a bunch of people from Wisconsin in Hawaiian shirts….

This an open air restaurant, yellow building? If so we spent every night there in Cabo a couple years ago. The cactus quesadillas were amazing!
