Sorry if this is the wrong place to ask but I could not find a recipe on at least how the chicken is cooked. The rest is pretty self explanatory I think. Queso, Yellow Rice, Sautéed Onions, Mushrooms, maybe some garlic.
I’m more curious how the chicken is cooked. It’s got such a nice seared flavor while being juicy and flavorful.
Any insight would be appreciated, thank you.

I don’t think that’s really a Mexican dish. More like Puerto Rican or Cuban

WTF is that?

Someone paid to eat that?

Sorry for the people being rude but we don’t eat that kind of dish, and that sauce looks like non Mexican food haha. I eat arroz con pollo just when I eat pollo asado. With some chiles toreados and salt and lemons. Maybe with a molcajete sauce

I have never seen arroz con pollo like that at an American Mexican restaurant either. I make arroz con pollo all the time but there is no cheese and it looks nothing like that.
