I made kimchi last week, kept it airtight with plastic wrap and an airtight container. Now i’ve opened it and all the leaf-parts of the cabbage look very patchy and have these white spots all over them.
Can someone tell me if this is mold or if it’s just the leaf that looks like that? Thanks!
