Greetings from the big easy. The perfect homemade brekky to start the weekend: Fried eggs, tomatoes, mushrooms, hash browns, bread, andouille sausage, thick cut bacon, onion. Cant get ahold of black pudding down here. All made in the cast iron. Whole family enjoyed.

Grim, sausages are suss, beans needed cooking separately so they stay juicy no this grey dry shit. And don’t get my started on the onions! Toast looks delicious tho
