Over the years of frying, I have come to this as my perfect balance. Thoughts?
Branston beans, slightly reduced. Easy over eggs. Cherry tomatoes grilled, mushrooms cooked in herbs.
Personally an English must have a hash brown.

I was very impressed with this as a vegetarian, but now I’m not sure if that’s actually meant to be meaty sausages and bacon? The eggs look quite nice to me, I like mine flipped too. Branston beans and on the vine tomatoes look good. I think a whole sprig of rosemary on top of the mushrooms looks unnecessary and they don’t look very *fried*. I actually think mushrooms are fried best by being added to a dry pan and then after they’ve absorbed their juices adding a little fat.

Never a hash brown, do potato scones exist outside Scotland? Fried potatoes work at a pinch if you really must have totties.
Any kind of garnish can fuck off, likewise cooking with a rosemary sprig. If I opted for scrambled eggs rather than fried I might consider adding some dried tarragon but generally only it’s scrambled egg on toast.
I like the use of vine tomatoes though, deya more robust flavour!

Sausages look a bit peely-wally, eggs suggest a somewhat American interpretation, looks like a good slice of pudding, I prefer back bacon in a fry up but would happily crunch through these like I was on the crackling at a carvery, tomatoes are very well done and, although it presents better, get the stalks off. Each to their own on hash browns, no to the rosemary and a royal fuck off to the mushrooms.
But give me a couple of bits of toast and I’d smash this.

Not sure about the rosemary, I’d put that straight in the bin. Otherwise nice, I don’t really care how my eggs are cooked as long as I don’t get salmonella & I’ve previously stated I will try streaky bacon for a change.

I love it. Your copping it for the rosemary. I would nearly boil rosemary down to a concentrate and inject it into my tongue I love it that much so I can live with it on here. I used to be a brekky cook at a hotel. I can make the cartoon eggs but I eat eggs like yours. I reckon the frozen hash browns are good too.

Looks lovely I can’t stand mushrooms though even the smell of them makes me feel sick but that looks beaut making me hungry looking at it.

I think a touch of green on a fry up is a good thing. Lifts the plate a bit. Could be a herb sprig, or even spinach or something. Streaky bacon is just wrong though (back only).
