The “no tuna” texture has identical mouth feel to regular tuna, but it lacks a bit of the fish flavor. Was told it’s made from a Japanese turnip. I’d get it again.
The “no crab” hand roll had good flavor but had a bit too much mayo/sauce for our liking. It had the same texture as crab. Probably would pass.
