Made this Full Scottish (plenty of haggis hiding under toast) yesterday to start the new year off right. Not sure if black pudding is traditional for Scotland but it is what it is.

I’d say black pudding is definitely part of a full Scottish, esp if it’s a Stornoway one!
Where’s your Lorne and fruit pudding though?

  2. I always had black pudding on my full-scottish growing up.

Half that toast would be tattie scones though.

A fine looking fryup, although would second the point about lorne and tattie scone

I just want to point out the cracking details that I’m drooling over! The eggs have that perfect crispness around the edges. The beans have been properly cooked – not just swimming in sauce! they’re clinging together which means you know they’re good. Everything is cooked to perfection!

    Bang up job!
