Had to order the UK Heinz Beanz, Black Pudding, Back Bacon, and Bangers online since those aren’t easy to find in the US. Wasn’t a huge fan of the black pudding but thought it was okay mixed with the beans. Also wish I would’ve had some hashbrowns and toast to go with it

I like it. Black pudding is amazing, maybe you didn’t get a good one.

Some people may be unnecessarily critical of the pan char, but they are babies. I love the flavour it adds personally. Bonus points for the swall to wash it down

Fryup is fine. Your beer choice on the other hand…

This is an amazing English breakfast, nice one!

Wonderful. I would be so appreciative to be offered that plate. Nom nom nom.

  7. ButtercuntSquash

Looks just like my Nan used to make it, black char an’ all. Great job

  8. You have clearly studied the craft carefully and invested in all the right components.

Could easily be authentic English. Top marks.

    Looks good to me.
Hoping you got some toast on the side

Looks bang tidy! I reckon that you just need some toast or hash browns are you had mentioned

  11. Impressive! All the more because I see it was made in the US, and you have the right bacon, beans and black pudding

Looks great! Could use some buttered toast or a slice of fried bread, but really, that looks fantastic.

Definitely throw that beer in the bin and get an ale.

I love the burny black bits that’s what makes it a proper fry up

Very very good. Only thing I would add is some kind of carb which could be toast (universal), potato scone (scottish), hash brown (dunno rly), potato bread (irish).

Don’t worry about not liking the black pudding. It’s most people’s least favourite part in the UK too. I normally squish it onto the toast with some beans.

Looks great, could be improved by hash browns or toast plus a cup of tea, but having a beer with it is a common occurance in weatherspoons so you’re not wrong with that

  17. Public-Time7268

Not traditional obviously, but I’d totally go for that.

  18. landgirl81

Looks great! I’d be very happy if someone made this for me. If you can get hold of white pudding then that’s well worth trying. Well done!

The only thing I would change is adding a hash brown or some toast. Black pudding looks gorgeous and the egg looks perfect.

I don’t get to do a fryup very often, so I usually go big when I do

Swap beans for hashie, toast and tea and we have a winner 😁

  21. Wreckit_Rambler2017

You forgot the fried bread and hash browns! Otherwise, good job!

Good work. This is what a fryup is supposed to look like.

Might want to call a plumber though, your eggs have a black mould problem.
