Does anyone know what kind of sauce Gen uses for their Korean fried chicken and rice cakes. If so, any recipes? They call it a sweet and spicy sauce. It looks very similar to sweet chili sauce. I’ve made sauces for Korean fried chicken that included gochujang, ketchup, honey, etc but it doesn’t taste the same.
