With Danish black pudding, which is basically a dessert with a lot of cinnamon, sugar, raisins and walnut. Also made a Rosti instead of hash browns.

I like the second photo better – gotta put it all on one plate! <3

Love seeing a good alt-fry here. Non-standard items make things so much more interesting and it all looks really well cooked. Nice work!

Would smash it down and ask for more.

10/10 for the uniqueness mixed with a classic.

Outstanding but how could you let the avocado cross contaminate the black pudding desert when plating up? Mark of a monster.

Edit: actually no edit, left the word desert instead of correcting to dessert in keeping with the exotic vibe

Sausages look quite red, is that a local thing? The rest looks good especially on vine tomatoes which I only experienced this summer, usually mushy friend big toms.

  8. Tried it with Danish black pudding (blodpølse) as well last Christmas (or 2 years ago maybe). Worked surprisingly ok, but I’m sure proper black pudding would be better—will try it when I make it to the UK

How has no one praised the rosti? Rostis are God tier breakfast food.
