Outstanding but how could you let the avocado cross contaminate the black pudding desert when plating up? Mark of a monster.
Edit: actually no edit, left the word desert instead of correcting to dessert in keeping with the exotic vibe

Sausages look quite red, is that a local thing? The rest looks good especially on vine tomatoes which I only experienced this summer, usually mushy friend big toms.

Tried it with Danish black pudding (blodpølse) as well last Christmas (or 2 years ago maybe). Worked surprisingly ok, but I’m sure proper black pudding would be better—will try it when I make it to the UK
