I upgraded my leftover Okinawa Soba by turning it into a stir fry.
Separated the noodles and broth, stir fried the noodles in a glazed soy, garlic oil, sesame oil, and white pepper. Steamed some bok choy and fried a delicious egg. Topped with chili oil, sesame seeds, and seaweed. Delicious.
