[homemade] Scotch egg with homemade sausage meat on bubble and squeak

  1. Mostly followed [Chef John recipe](https://youtu.be/hkPPn5ycsnc), but I grinded a pork butt, mixed with salt, msg, fennel seed, pepper, garlic powder and paprika plus fresh thyme and rosemary.

    It was really harder then I thought and I thought it would be hard. The eggs is a little runny, but out of 5 eggs only 2 survived the peeling, sausaging and breading.

    I breaded a patty of the sausage meat and added one of the destroyed eggs and it was as delicious, but way easier!
