I know this place is a bit overhyped but honestly, I was quite impressed with the food. Def a spot I think you have to go at least once if you like exploring LA’s food scene.
Not pictured was their caesar salad & cornish game hen. both fantastic but really loved the strawberry meringue dessert & vodka sauce pasta. amber jack crudo was incredible too with brown butter & miso.

The Cornish game hen was absolutely worth going back for.
One of those places that yeah, is a little overpriced, and yeah, maybe isn’t as good as it’s hyped up to be, but… I dunno man I also kinda love it. Something about the whole package really works.

Honestly I think it earns the hype. Have been twice, and it’s for sure a scene, but the food is top notch
I went earlier this week, and we had a great time. Service and vibe were on point! Unfortunately, not a single dish was memorable in any positive way. Looks like we may have just ordered the wrong stuff. Either way, I’m not rushing to go back.

Burger there was one of the best I’ve had worldwide. Fries were fine.
BTW—is the bread and butter new? It’s never been offered to me and never seen them drop it off on someone’s table. Assuming it’s free?
As a thoroughbred horse trainer, I approve this restaurant.
I went there a couple of months ago and I was so satisfied. Simple, very well executed food. We had the panino (definitely recommend) oysters, Crudo, Caesar salad, steak and game hen. By the end of the night someone next to us had ordered the burger and fries and honestly it was one of the best smells ever. I love horses. I don’t know about the hype but I’m telling you it’s worth it.
