Spicy, slightly sweet beef tapa (Filipino cured beef) with red rice and two runny sunny side eggs. I want the edges to be crispier but I am not complaining.

    Them eggs not cooked hunny. When you make eggs make sure to set the whites all the way by covering them with a lid so you don’t get salmonella

    I despise those plates. We use them to serve scotch eggs, which are not worth the effort required to serve them 3 or 4 times a week.
