Oh my God someone gave this to me years ago and it was AMAZING, the best cake I ever had. I still think about it.
Tried googling it a couple months ago to figure out the name and was losing my mind. I remembered it has eggs and pork and it was a cake, but that’s about it. After googling cake egg salt pork so many times I was almost convinced it was all a bizarre fever dream I came up with one night lol.
Now, to find a good Vietnamese bakery that sells them…

This cake is amazing, I’ve had it before but there was salty shredded pork and a cream cheese glaze on it. It was probably the best cake I ever ate in my life.
