    This dish was great, the wife and I both loved it. We went with tofu and were surprisingly able to find jicama at the local Asian grocery. Pretty much followed the recipe and it was pretty perfect. I would add that when basting wraps with hoisin, so it sparingly unless you like it sweet. Overall, 9/10 we’ll make it again.
