I noticed my crockpot has what looks like small cracks but when I touch it it, there is a fine powder or dust that can be easily wiped away (you can see where I touched it in the picture). What the hell is this? Are these real cracks? I washed in the dishwasher maybe about a month ago. Could it be mold? It’s clean though and why would mold grow in this pattern?
