Such an amazing mint green smoothie! I was inspired by a local plant-based cafe.

Recipe:
-Bunch of Kale (I used 75g)
-2 sprigs of fresh mint (about 5g)
-1 Frozen Banana
-1 Medjool Date
-1 tsp of Spirulina
-1 cup Soy (or other plant-based) Milk

Blend!
