Just a friendly public service announcement that Crumbl Cookies are absolutely terrible for you.

Quick Story: I started going to Crumbl Cookie a few weeks back and eating two cookies per weekend. (One cookie Friday and one cookie Saturday). I got a box of four cookies each weekend and split the other two cookies with my girlfriend.

I stepped on the scale today and I now weigh an entire 15 lbs heavier.

My diet is extremely clean so it was very easy for me to discover the culprit. The nutrition information posted regarding Crumbl Cookies claims that each serving is around 150 calories. But, what they don’t telling you is that one serving is actually ONE FORTH OF ONE COOKIE. In other words, one serving of a Crumbl Cookie is literally ONE BITE.

Here’s an article that breaks down the nutrition of a Crumbl Cookie and compares it to a Big Mac: [How many Calories are in a Crumbl Cookie?](https://www.cspinet.org/article/how-many-calories-are-crumbl-cookie)

Don’t make my mistake! You wouldn’t eat two McDonald’s Big Mac’s every weekend! Be careful my cooking-loving friends! Crumbl Cookies are deadly!

  1. I thought cookies were supposed to be healthy 🙁

  2. RepresentativeOil871

I guess that’s the way the cookie crumbls!

Sometimes I sit next to the ocean and wonder what the fuck is wrong with the world, then I see people like you exist and now I understand, and I wonder what else we deserve.

  4. apostropheapostrophe

A lot of that is probably water weight. It would take roughly 5 crumble cookies to put on a single pound of fat (if you had already reached your daily calorie intake)

  5. Jiminyhodaddy

Thats why they sell a cookie cutter to quarter them… a serving is 1/4th a cookie lol not a whole one… learn portion control considering you say you eat healthy..

  6. Ricenaros

You think you gained 15 lbs in a few weeks solely by eating cookies? Even if your body converted 100% of the food directly into fat, I doubt you ate 15 lbs worth of cookies. Nutrition doesn’t violate laws of physics like many people seem to believe.

  7. Lol of course they are bad for you it’s basically a cupcake. Great for special occasions.

  8. heavyheartstrings

You said you’re a clean eater yet you genuinely believed each cookie to be 150 calories? Lmao

  9. 100percentonpaper

When you say that they don’t tell you that one serving is a fourth of a cookie, did you actually mean that they very blatantly say that? Because one quick look at the nutrition facts on their site and the first thing on the label is that there are four servings in one cookie.

  10. the-MaD-armenian

too bad they don’t teach proper nutrition to anyone.

  11. Marshall_Cleiton

    2 cookies per week x few weeks (let’s call it 6) = 12 cookies

    You gained 15lbs

I have a hard time believing the cookies are the sole culprit here, since these cookies are not 1.25lbs each

  12. StrongmanEvan

Crumbl cookies are also incredibly average. Especially with so many wonderful bakeries in LA

  13. ReverseMillionaire

You’re mistaken. Some people eat more than 2 Big Macs a week.

  14. I mean, not to be a jerk, but if you eat two Crumbl Cookies in a weekend, you probably don’t eat as healthy as you think you do. And even if you do, the cookies would not cause you to gain 15 pounds by themselves. You might want to examine more closely the rest of your diet/eating habits.

  15. Who tf eats cookies because they’re healthy for you? 💀 you think people care how many calories are in their giant cookie that has a pound of frosting on it?

  16. Advanced-North-6860

Got a real nutrition expert here folks

  17. getwhirleddotcom

*Extremely* clean eater who pounds two crumbl cookies every weekend?

  18. whatmodern

You couldn’t tell my looking at the cookie how fucking dense they are?

  19. SuperWeenyHutJuniors

    The math is not mathing.

    1 lb is roughly equivalent to 3500 calories. 3500 cals/lb x 15lbs = 52500 calories.

    52000 cals / 600 cals per cookie = 87.5 cookies

Either you are eating a lot more cookies than you are admitting too or your diet isnt as controlled as you think it is.

  20. stiff_peakss

Maybe you’re pregnant? It explains both the cookie craving and the 15lbs better than whatever you’re smoking.

  21. The whole cookie is only 750 cal? I thought they were like 1k dude

  22. bitchjeans

i’m sorry… 1/4 of a crumbl cookie is “**1 bite**” to you??? it never occurred to you that a giant cookie with frosting or other toppings would be between 500 and 1000 calories? did you also not know that an entire pint of ice cream has over 1000 calories?

  23. You’re wrong. I WOULD eat two Big Macs in one weekend. In fact, I’d do it in one sitting.

  24. DragonFuelTanker

You thought that whole big ass cookie was 150 calories?
