One of my favorite dishes to make: Bibimbap! (525 cal, 23g of protein)

    You can get some more protein in this meal by using beef, but I substitute it for tofu since I’m vegetarian. I use [Maangchi’s recipe](https://www.maangchi.com/recipe/bibimbap) as a base but it’s really up to you what vegetables you want to put in it and I go easy on the oils used. Because this dish is pretty heavy I’ll usually make it on the days I go the gym since I don’t usually eat this much for lunch lol. I also normally drizzle some gochujang sauce on top but I ran out, so opted for some kimchi on the side. ☺️
