   Looks like bibimbap. Is that Bali’s regional ‘garbage can’ or ‘end of the week casserole’ dish (Like shepherd’s pie, leftover casserole, etc. – the dish where it basically originated from throwing everything left in the cupboards or fridge into one dish)?

   Looks effing delicious.
