Bacon and sausages look great…. All looks great to be honest, I’d say 8/10, but that’s only because I like beans on mine!

Looks great at first glance, but looks like a lot of toast and no hash browns (am I mistaken? Is it half toast and half hash browns?). Needs some beans really to complete it, even if they’re in a little pot!

And on a personal note, I think the mushrooms should be sliced as they cook more evenly that way, but I do believe that traditionally they are served whole!

And now that I’m over analysing, although scrambled eggs are done in a frying pan, I think a fried egg is normally more mainstream? But scrambled are 100% acceptable!

    Not that you asked.

I’d give it 7/10 for the toast ratio and no beans. 8/10 if I’m wrong about the toast.

I like how the sausages are a cheerful smile under the pudding eyes and toast nose. Its almost a work of art.

Guess from 9/10 to 0/10 depending on your answer to this:

    Red or brown?

  5. That, is an *excellent* Ulster.

No bullshit hash browns, soda AND potato bread, decent bacon, good sassidges. I prefer poached eggs or scrambled to a fried, but I get that some would revoke our cards for that!

    I’m proud of you mate!
