This is a breakfast food I eat almost every morning.
It’s delicious, filling and encourages my pallet to eat enough that I’m filled with energy after eating, and impossible for me to stuff myself with enough to gain weight eating it.
The ingredients are simple:
1/2 cup of rolled oats mixed and cooked (microwaved) with 1 cup of water.
1.5 bananas
1-2 tbsp of ground flax seed
As much cinnamon as you like.
Really all the amounts are as you like, but in case you like following strict recipes, I provided a good place to start.
