I cut up about 3 medium size sweet potatoes and 4 small to medium yellow onions(they were the runts of the bag, so use 2 large if you got em), covered the bottom with avocado oil for the roots for a few minutes as she warmed up and pitched in a pound of lentils, a carton of bone broth(or broth of choice), 3 cans of V8, 2 cans of collard greens(or spinach, or whatever leafy greens you prefer, fresh, canned, or frozen) and curry powder and Cajun seasoning to taste(didn’t want tp overdo sodium, so more curry powder to Cajun seasoning, like 4:1 ratio). 6 hours later on low heat, and I’m in heaven.
