It looks like some variation on Thai spicy salad served with some kind of crab, possibly a horseshoe crab.

I didn’t even know you could eat horseshoe crab. They wash up on the beach where I live ALL the time. I’ve seeing them every summer since I was a kid, and we learned in grade school science class that they had blue blood.

Horseshoe crab. The only edible part is the roe, the yellow spheres you see here. Does *not* taste good by the way. Salty and tough, rubbery. Not like fish roe at all.

This might look good but this animal is threatened on its way to being endangered and on top of that, their blood gets extracted for medical components. Just leave it in the sea.
