  1. Haven’t had a fry up since I was in the UK five years ago, and this cold wet weather had me craving one. Was happy to find all the ingredients within a thirty minute drive here in the southern Appalachians.

Bonus points for the white pudding and sausage as breakwater for the beans.

Oh my GOD. Where did they birth you ?! I’d like to donate to your pension. This is my all time favourite fry I’ve seen on here – and I rate them every day lol

Great job! Was checking your comment to see what part of Ireland you’re in, very impressive sourcing!

Great 1st effort. Need to see visible seasoning on eggs, tomato & mushrooms. Ditch the bowls for plates, high sides makes cutting with a knife problematic. 10/10 for the sausage dam.

Fry up soup? Sausage and bean chowder? It’s an abombination.

9.5/10 incredible usage of the sausage barrier

Looks bangin mate. I’d add hash browns and HP sauce cause I like me carbs. Great job on the crunchy back bacon.

    Ayo sausage dam crew!

The bacon is cooked to within an inch of its life but everything looks great. And for a first time? Damn! Enjoy!

Aye thats a banger that pal. You can source the ingredients better in the apalachians than I can in Switzerland
