I was literally spiraling on jian bing videos last night. How was this? Any other recommendations welcome

I went a few months ago and was disappointed. The jianbing wasn’t awful overall, but not worth the $13-16 price tag. I was really hoping for something similar to what I used to get in Beijing, but what I got was smaller, less savory, and lacking crunch (the baocui was small and soft)
