    Ooooh that yolk! That’s a thing of beauty! My chickens lay eggs with yolks that color.

    The way that yolk sits so firm, must be a fresh egg.

  3. I hate to be a contrarian because that egg does look great, but… I HATE runny yolks on a sandwich. Runny yolks are great when i can dip my toast. ON bread, I need a firm egg. How does this not make a mess? Especially with the hole in the bagel. The thought of this sandwich is making the hairs on the back of my neck stand up.

    it’s that yolk color of nothing in my book. I don’t know if its actually healthier but in my head it is so that’s what matters to me.
