I had to harvest my 배추 yesterday. The heat over the weekend in the PNW was too much and all of my brassicas bolted (flowered).

📷 #3: I blanched 80% of the harvest, and froze ¾ of it.
📷 #4: I processed two heads into kimchi. It was sooooooo leafy that it wilted down into a single mason jar. 🤣
📷 #5: dinner last night consisted of 배추국 (soup) and 배추전 (pancake). ❤️
