Grocery store ramen with steamed bok choy and bits of rotisserie chicken

    I’ve come to love the Buldak ramen, and while it’s way too spicy for me to add all of the spice packet, the noodles are better than your run-of-the-mill ramen in stores.

    I like to add any lunch meat about to go bad if I don’t use it, leftover veggies, and of course that egg.

    I find that if I put the egg in the pan as I start to boil the water, it’s almost a perfect soft-boiled egg when the ramen is done. I’m a fatass, though…so I put 2 eggs.
