Just eggwhites, lil bit cornstarch & powdered sweetener of choice [optional: vanilla extract]

1. Whip the eggs fluffy, add sweetener&starch, whip until stiff [if using vanilla – add it here]
2. plate on a baking sheet
3. Bake at 160°C for 23-25min & enjoy!

    I’ve seen this recipe a lot before but what I don’t understand is how it seems like bread. To me it seems like it would be baked meringue. Can you explain?

    You can’t post a pic of fluffy meringue bread without showing the inside! For all I know, that’s hollow. What sort of texture, how dense or thick is it? More pics please!
