I wouldn’t recognize the space as the former Rosedale Kitchen if I didn’t know the address, it’s a day to night transformation. At about 5:30 opening day the bar was full (only 6 seats) and host said they are “fully committed” on tables the rest of the night. Got a cocktail table pretty quick and 30 minutes later the bar had almost all seats open. So I wouldn’t discourage a drop in if you like bar dining like I do.

Had a Texan Tiki cocktail (Mezcal, Grand Marnier, lime, cucumber, jalapeño) $16, egg rolls $9, and the mushroom stir fry $16. Stir fry was blander than I care for. Had to jack it up with pepper, chili oil, sauce from my egg rolls. Otherwise no complaints. $52 out the door eating pretty light, so not cheap but what is these days.

Bar manager is cool, she said they’ll get a happy hour going in the next week or so. That’d probably be a good deal.

If you like the original Wu Chow (and why wouldn’t you, it’s fantastic) this saves you a trip downtown and is a decent sequel.

$16 for that portion of a stir fry? Shiiiieet I could make that myself.

House of Three Gorges and China Family have massive portions for the money, and they’re damn good too.

Just ate at the one downtown and I couldn’t have been more happy. The service, food, and value was amazing.

Wu chow. The place where no Asians actually eat at. It’s bougie PF Chang’s.

Had an awful, racist server the last time I went to the one downtown. I had taken out of town guests there and it was so disheartening.

Wu Chow is so awful but I guess they cater to enough people who think this is actual Chinese food to be able to open up a second location. They’re doing something right ¯_(ツ)_/¯
